Emilie Blindt joined Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors and the real estate business in 2012 after being an administrator of a large medical clinic in Iowa City for over 12 years. Sam Rollins, a Realtor with the Davenport Office, successfully completed a demanding Public Affairs Officer Course in late July. Rollins is a seven year Iowa Army National Guard veteran, graduated with honors in the top 10 percent of his class, who were commissioned officers from the Army, Navy and Air Force. Sam Rollins currently serves with the 135th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment, Iowa Army National Guard. "I am proud to serve both my country and the state of Iowa," said Rollins.
