The fine and casual dining experience in Cedar Rapids is extensive, you have restaurants in NewBo, like Crosby's and ___, and others located downtown like The Map Room and many favorites also reside in Marion like the West End Diner.
When walking along the streets of NewBo, you can't miss Crosbys. Its large windows and outdoor patio make it a beautiful spot to enjoy your meal. Listed as a New American eatery and cocktail bar you'll find your favorites, just elevated!
The Class Act Restaurant is located within the Hotel at Kirkwood Center and definitely the place you go when you want to pull all the stops. A perfect place to make a reservation for Valentine's Day, an anniversary or any other special occasion.
The West End Diner offers the dishes you've come to know and love at a diner but provides an atmosphere unmatched by other diners. Located in Marion, close to many new up-and-coming shops, this diner is the best spot to grab a bit to eat while out and about, especially if you love dining in historic buildings!
Crossroads Bistro really has something for everyone. This family-owned restaurant serves "Thai, Chinese, sushi, breakfast, burgers, and sandwiches." A great place to try when you want a little bit of everything.

A little ways out from Cedar Rapids, in Swisher you'll find Cedar Ridge Winery. And this destination is worth the trip! Its expansive property includes a winery, a restaurant, and a place to shop. If wine isn't your jam, Cedar Ridge is also known for its award-winning Whiskey. Cheers!
