These tours give potential buyers a virtual look at the inside of the home, and can rule out any potential buyers who are not serious right away. There are many other benefits, like out-of-town or busy buyers have the chance to look at a property without physically being there. Jared had an experience where an out-of-town buyer started paperwork on a listing, only because they were able to see the home virtually! It also encourages sellers to have their home in "tip-top" shape, as the tour is extremely thorough. Jared notes, "a byproduct of doing this tour is the seller is motivated to have their home beautifully staged!" No matter the benefit, these 3D views are a futuristic way to tour the home. Kurt Johnson, Bettendorf
Kurt recently purchased a drone, and has been using it to his advantage in new construction subdivisions. According to Kurt, the images and videos from his drone have helped many potential clients pinpoint the locations of subdivisions like Pigeon Creek and Greyhawk.
