Steve Hart, sales associate with Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors, has set a personal challenge for himself: complete 30 open houses in 30 days. Hart held one open house each day from June 16th to July 15th. He was inspired by, David Knox, a national real estate expert and educator. After watching a video as a new agent David Knox mentioned he completed one open house a day for an entire year, "but that was a little too much for me," said: Hart "I thought that I would start a challenge with 30 days and leave it open from there". Open houses are a great way to market a home. In fact, according to Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors' client surveys, approximately 4% of buyers found the property they purchased due to an open house.
